The fitness studio where strong & soft coexist

Building strength from the inside out

We deserve better than what fitness has been offering

The fitness industry has been stuck in the same cycle for years - high-intensity classes that burn you out instead of building you up, studios that only offer Pilates or strength training but never both, and gyms that feel exclusive from the moment you walk through the door. And everywhere you look, messaging that tells you the goal is to get smaller.

We’ve watched the same story unfold time & time again with clients juggling packages at multiple studios and compromising a piece of what they were looking for in their weekly routine.

So we decided to build something different

Founded by Lilly Brackney, EmberHaus Method is where you no longer have to choose between being strong and being feminine. You get to build muscle, wear the cute matching set, and enjoy low-impact movement that isn’t boring.

We’ve built a community that gives clients exactly what they crave: muscle-building strength, pilates-inspired sculpting, fun high energy, and infrared heat that lets you sweat without grinding through endless cardio.

This space feels like home. Our workouts actually deliver on what they promise. Backed by real science, not whatever trend is hot this month.

For clients who are done chasing quick fixes and finally ready for a transformation that lasts. For those who believe fitness should make you feel powerful, not punished.

Founder & Studio Co-Owner

Lilly Brackney

Bringing years of tenure in Louisville’s group fitness scene, Lilly built her career after overcoming her own struggles with an eating disorder and over-exercising. A past that now fuels her mission to create a stronger, healthier, no-bullshit path for clients.

A certified personal trainer, seasoned group instructor, and natural leader in the boutique fitness world, she’s known for blending strength training, infrared Pilates, and a wellness-forward lifestyle in a way that feels empowering, unapologetic, and actually sustainable. The Pilates world needed Lilly’s high energy with low impact.

At EmberHaus, she is creating a space where slow, strong, and science-backed training meet…

Lexy Perry

Blending badass business strategy with a passion for elevated wellness, Lexy brings a unique perspective to EmberHaus. She went from University of Florida cheerleader and journalist to corporate strategist, picking up yoga and barre certifications and an Executive MBA from UT McCombs along the way. As a mom of three, she knows the challenge of balancing strength with softness and the constant pressure to choose one over the other.

Her corporate background taught her how to build systems that scale, but wellness showed her what truly matters - creating spaces where people feel empowered and seen. She believes fitness should be energizing, not stressful, and that real transformation happens when you stop apologizing for wanting it all.
