FAQs

Class Info

  • We specialize in infrared heated mat Pilates and strength training classes. Each class is 45 minutes, and all class formats are included with your membership or class package.

Please see our Schedule page for more info about class types!

  • Wear whatever athletic clothing makes you feel most confident and comfortable! All classes are done barefoot or in grippy socks, so leave your shoes at the studio door.

  • Be sure to bring water (and electrolytes if you prefer - we also sell them at the studio). We provide everything else you need including mats, mat towels & equipment.

  • Our studio accommodates 24-30 clients per class, keeping sizes intentional so you get more personalized attention.

  • We recommend arriving 20 minutes early so we can give you a proper welcome. Your instructor will walk you through the space, explain the class format, and provide hands-on equipment setup so you feel confident and supported from the start. After class, you'll get a cold eucalyptus towel and a guided cool down.

  • We recommend training 4-6 times per week for optimal results.

Infrared Technology

  • Infrared heat warms your body directly instead of just heating the air around you, which means you get all the benefits - improved circulation, faster recovery, deeper muscle engagement - without the heavy, hard-to-breathe feeling of traditional humid heat. It's more effective and way more comfortable.

  • Infrared heat boosts circulation, aids detoxification, enhances focus, speeds recovery, and makes every movement more effective. It's not just about sweating more - it's about training smarter.

  • Refer to our Schedule page to see which classes are heated or have heat variations!

  • Yes, infrared heat is safe for most people. However, if you have specific health concerns or are pregnant, we recommend consulting with your doctor before taking heated classes.

Health & Safety

  • Infrared heat is safe during pregnancy with doctor approval.

  • Absolutely. Our classes are designed for every fitness level, and our trainers provide modifications and progressions so everyone gets what they need. You'll never feel lost or left behind.

Studio Policies

  • Yes, participants must be 15 years or older. Parents/guardians of clients between the ages of 15-18 must sign our liability waiver.

  • Founding members will be able to book classes 3 weeks in advance. All other clients will be able to book classes on a rolling 2-week basis.

  • If you are a new client, please arrive 20 minutes early. For returning clients, please arrive 10 minutes early. This gives you time to settle in and lets us start class on time for everyone.

  • You can enter the studio up until 5 minutes after class starts. After that, we can't admit late arrivals to maintain the experience for everyone already in class.

Any clients who are late and unable to attend class will be subject to a late cancel or no show fee.

  • You must cancel at least 8 hours before class starts. Late cancellations (within 8 hours) incur a $15 fee. No-shows are charged $20.

  • You can park in the spaces in front of the studio or in the attached lot on right side of the building. Please be sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking before class!
