Class Pack Policy
All EmberHaus Method class packs and memberships are issued by EmberHaus LLC, located at 129 St. Matthews Avenue, Suite A, Louisville, KY 40207.
Class packs have an expiration period from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the purchase or checkout page. Expired credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Membership Policy
All EmberHaus Method class packs and memberships are issued by EmberHaus LLC, located at 129 St. Matthews Avenue, Suite A, Louisville, KY 40207.
Class Memberships have a 4 week renewal & expiration period from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the purchase or checkout page. Expired credits/renewal periods are non-refundable and non-transferable.
EmberHaus Method Memberships have a two month commitment. This means there will be one autopayment after initial purchase.
Cancellation of a Membership must be 15 days before the next scheduled renewal. The Cancellation should be emailed to hello@emberhausmethod.com. If the email is not received 15 days before automated billing cycle, the renewal will bill the existing client for the existing membership amount.
*** If you have a discounted EmberHaus Method Membership and cancel, the discount will not be continued if for future purchase options. In order to keep a discounted rate, you must have an active membership or freeze for 30-60 days***
Membership Freezing Policy
All EmberHaus Method class packs and memberships are issued by EmberHaus LLC, located at 129 St. Matthews Avenue, Suite A, Louisville, KY 40207.
Class Memberships have a 30-60 day freeze period option. This request must be given via email to hello@emberhausmethod.com at least 15 days before next auto renewal. If the email is not received 15 days before the automated billing cycle, the renewal will bill the existing client for the existing membership amount.
If the request is within the 15 days, the payment will be collected, but the prepaid classes will be saved for unfreeze date. This reserves all classes and paid services during the freeze duration.

Late Cancellation and No-Show Policy
Clients acknowledge that no-shows or late cancellations (defined as any cancellation made within 8 hours of a scheduled class) will result in the loss of one class credit and/or may incur a late cancellation fee, as specified at the time of booking.
All purchases are final, and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Release of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnification Agreement
In consideration of my participation in classes, sessions, and activities, and/or my use of the equipment, facilities, and services provided by EmberHaus LLC, doing business as EmberHaus Method (“the Company”), I expressly agree, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, that the Company and its owners, employees, contractors, officers, directors, affiliates, representatives, and insurers shall not be liable for any damages or injuries (including death) sustained by me, or by my guests, in or about the premises, or resulting from participation in any class or activity, whether caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Company or otherwise.
By executing this agreement, I acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with physical exercise and participation in fitness classes, including but not limited to: slips, falls, strains, injuries, equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen circumstances. I accept full responsibility for any and all injuries, damages (both economic and non-economic), and losses of any type that may occur.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Company and its affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, or damages of any kind, whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, resulting from my participation in EmberHaus Method classes or use of its facilities and services.
I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any and all claims, damages, or demands, including attorney fees, arising out of injuries or losses sustained by myself or any third party due to my actions while participating in any EmberHaus Method activity.
Photography and Media Release
I acknowledge and consent that classes may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for training, marketing, or educational purposes. I grant EmberHaus LLC the right to use such media, including my likeness, in promotional materials, social media, or advertising without compensation, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be resolved by mediation and/or arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Mediation and Arbitration Rules.
If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall proceed to binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, and judgment on the award rendered may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
All mediation or arbitration proceedings shall take place in Louisville, Kentucky.
Acknowledgment
By purchasing a class pack, membership, or participating in any activity at EmberHaus Method, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this agreement. I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and certify that I am in good physical condition and able to participate safely in physical activity.
