Class Schedule
First time at the haus?
Here’s everything you need to know to feel confident and prepared for your first class!

We recommend arriving 20 minutes early so we can give you a proper welcome. Your instructor will walk you through the space, explain the class format, and provide hands-on equipment setup so you feel confident and supported from the start. After class, you'll get a cold eucalyptus towel and a guided cool down.

Wear whatever athletic clothing makes you feel most confident and comfortable! All classes are done barefoot or in grippy socks, so leave your shoes at the studio door.

Be sure to bring water (and electrolytes if you prefer - we also sell them at the studio). We provide everything else you need including mats, mat towels & equipment.

You can enter the studio up until 5 minutes after class starts. After that, we can't admit late arrivals to maintain the experience for everyone already in class.

You can park in the spaces in front of the studio or in the attached lot on right side of the building. Please be sure to give yourself plenty of time to find parking before class!
